Firstly - please moderate your language - the word you used is generally not a developer-friendly way of describing other people's hard-worked code .. 'stuff' is much better when you don't know exactly what it is you're describing ;)
Secondly - can you maybe explain it from another angle - I'm not really clear on what you want :)

Please man - don't throw my good nature back in my face.
Do you mean you want cut-and-paste scripts, but you want them in external .js files rather than inline <script>?
If so, you can do that with any script - cut and paste everything between the <script> tags but not the tags themselves, and also not any <!--begin hiding end hiding //--> stuff you may come across - you don't need that either.
Then paste it into a text file and call it whatever.js

Well you know, it's not exactly a big hassle to make them ...
I don't think there's a site in the world that categorises their scripts by internal/external - I'm with you in that JS is better in external files, for caching and semantic reasons basically, but it's no thing to make them .... as long as (I hope) my explanation for making them made sense to you?
Or you just looking for some script sites in general .. good places to look at?

Well it all depend on what you actually want to do
But if you're just fishing for something different, how about an accessibility tool that extends tooltip behavior to element focus - http://www.brothercake.com/scripts/tooltips.php :)
Or how about a lightweight and accessible CSS/JS menu - http://www.brothercake.com/scripts/listmenu/
Or how about a game of HangMan - http://www.brothercake.com/games/hangman.php

You're most welcome :D
But please ... language ... I know it's not actual swear words and that those would be starred out if they were, but they still have emotional strength - even Asterix-swearing like that - so please don't; there's no need for it here
