Is it possible no to use nobody at linux apm?

I got an account at hostway - free lunux FlexCloud Site Standard.

But this system does not support nobody:nobody ownership, and even I could not got into "su -".

Is there another way to run apache without nobody:nobody ownership?

You can run Apache as any user as long as it has permission to access the configs, logs, and virtualhost directories. Check out the User directive (http://httpd.apache.org/docs/trunk/mod/mod_unixd.html#user) if you want to specify it in the config.

Thanks for comment.

How can I check the user directive?
