Hi, I'm having a really strange problem.

index.php scales the size up of everything by about a quarter, compared to looking at index1.php which has EXACTLY the same code (eg, i copied index.php and then opened the original and the copy).

This only happens offline with firefox 4, but I would like to know why it is happening. Can anyone help me?
Thanks,
r_bewick

Sounds like firefox 4 isn't as great as they say it is to me.

Have you tried it in SeaMonkey to see if it also does the same thing? (Firefox's sister supposed to be better for develoeprs- same engine and rendering in theory).

Also i highly recommend checking the MD5 hash of both files to be 100% that they are exactly the same. If you dno't have an MD5 program you can download one from the internet or PM me with your email and i'll email you one i use.

What about encoding? I had similar problem - two files saved on UTF-8 and another in UTF-8 without BOM. At first look it's the same, but when executed - look different (i.e. whitespaces before doctype's tag).

Greetings.

edit: I'm an idiot. All i had to do was reset zoom on each, for some reason FF4 stores zooms differently for offline and online, as well as different filetypes. Thanks for the replies
