As i have noticed by browsing through this forum, there are some fine programmers here, therefore let me make a suggestion:
vWorker (http://www.vworker.com/RentACoder/SmallBiz.asp?txtFromURL=AId_7969081) is the best for a worker who knows what he is doing, has experience in the field of software engineering and needs some extra money to spare ( for part-time ) or enough money to support his/her lifestyle ( for dedicated full-time ).
If you are like the worker i mentioned, take a look at this website (http://www.vworker.com/RentACoder/SmallBiz.asp?txtFromURL=AId_7969081).
Of course, that site would have been nothing without its employers. If anyone who read this thread is more fond of paying than trying ( i see so many in here ), follow the above link and rid the site admins of your posts which are probably against the forum's rules.

Your page has multiple dozen errors. You may see the error messages here:
http://validator.w3.org/check?charset=(detect+automatically)&doctype=Inline&group=0&uri=http://www.vworker.com/RentACoder/SmallBiz.asp

I had no intention of giving you a good laugh; I wanted to help you to clean up your coding.
On the first page I see:
Guaranteed results or your money-back.
Why should I pay money to someone who can't properly code such a simple page?

I would guess he's laughing because your responding to a spammer or perhaps he was checking out a website totally built on frames that looks to have originated from the early 90's and it made him giggle.

It's not my webpage you critiqued... you made me laugh because you A) went to the trouble of validating the OP's website, and B) found so many errors, so I'm sharing your disdain for sloppy coding in the form of a laugh, and C) now I'm laughing because I had to explain myself.

Fumigator, sorry. I didn't pay attention to the name on your post as compared with the OP.
And, thinking that I was looking at job offers, I first validated the website to see if the poster knew anything about what he was doing. Once I saw the huge number of errors, I never even looked at the webstite. He lost out, and was criticized for it by multiple people! Now we can all laugh.
By the way, if you visit my site, you'll see frames used there, too. And you'll find that you can pop out of frames and back in randomly from any page in the site. They are there as a demonstration of what can be done.
