DBA job

i want to become a DBA , so can any one tell from where should i start?

also what I have be already know before i start this journey ?

This doesn't have anything to do with MySQL; moving to career advice.
Get educated and certified. I wouldn't hire a DBA that wasn't educated. Certification would add that extra incentive for me to hire.
