Packaging Javascripts to install on system

Hi

I have a not so common question.

I would like to know how to package a folder of javascript on a CD to install an offline site on to a directory in a PC.

I have VB 6.0 is it possible to use PDW to package a folder the way one would package an application so as to install the folder in the start menu of users pc.
