Trouble Getting File Name Values

Hello everyone, this is my first post so I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Philip and I am a web dev. student in Ontario, Canada.

Here is my problem I have a folder with 2500 image files. I need to get all of the file names into a MySQL database.

Writing them in manually is not an option! :)

Any suggestions?

Use a scripting language (Perl, PHP, etc.) to iterate over all the files in the directory and insert them into your table.
