scrolling issue - fixed div

hey, new to the forum.
I have made this website with a fixed posiitioned sidebar and when you scroll down on, say this page http://subscribedstudio.com.au/ccmtravel/about/, there is an obvious overlap

anyone know how i can fix this?
(basically green line placed on div id="page wrapper"> needs to be below fixed sidebar.

The green line is the border for the page wrapper so will move with the wrapper when scrolling :confused:, so it will disappear behind the floated sidebar.

Perhaps you could describe more clearly how you want it to behave?
