I have a td width problem.

The index page is as you can see under.

1. The widths of boxleft and boxright are so much narrow.
2. After loging in, the boxright' width are fine.
3. After loging in, the contents of boxright is placed at bottom.

<?
$table_width = "1120";
$table_align = "center";
?>

<table id="full_page" width="<?=$table_width?>" cellpadding=0 cellspacing=0 border=0 align='<?=$table_align?>'>
<tr>
<td id="side space" width="80px"></td>
<td>
<table id="top part" width='100%' cellpadding=0 cellspacing=0 border=0>
<tr>
<td>
<table width='100%' cellpadding=0 cellspacing=0 border=0>
<tr>
<td id="logo" style="padding-left:10px;padding-top:12px;font-size:15pt;font-family:ENG;color:#222222;" width="322" height="71">.....</td>
<td id="right menu" style="color:#5E497A;padding-top:17px;" align="right">
<table border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">
.......
</table>
</td>
</tr>
</table>
</td>
</tr>
<tr><td id="top deviding space" height="5"></td></tr>
<tr>
<td><?=topmenu(simple);?></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td valign="top" align="center">
<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0">
<tr>
<? if (!$main_page == "1") { ?>
<td id='boxleft' width="20%" align="left" style='border-right:1px solid #DDDDDD;' valign="top"><?=leftmenu($config[cf_3_subj]);?></td>
<? } ?>
<td id='boxmiddle' width="60%" valign="top" style='border-bottom:1px solid #DDDDDD;' <? if (!$main_page == "1") { ?>rowspan="2"<? } else { ?>colspan="2"<? } ?> align="center" valign="top">
<table id="index latest" width="100%" cellpadding=0 cellspacing=0>
<tr>
<td id="index latest" valign=top>
<?
include_once("$g4[path]/_control/_body.php");
?>
</td>
</tr>
</table>
</td>
<td id='boxright' width="20%" valign="top">
<table width="100%" valign="top">
<tr>
<td>
.......
<td>
</td>
</tr>
</table>
<? }; ?>
</td>
</tr>
</table>
</td>
</tr>
</table>
<table>
<tr>
<td height="10px">
</td>
</tr>
</table>

<table width="<?=$table_width?>" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">
<tr>
...................
</tr>
<tr>
...................
</tr>
</table>
<?
include_once("$g4[path]/tail.sub.php");
?>
