making bg image fit in all resolutions

I created a web page. However, they want it so that it fits the screen no matter what resolution. I got everything figured out on how to do it and get it working except for the red triangle and the side. I don't know how to get that to fit and change size when using different resolutions. I tried tables with percentages and slices but with the diagonal edge it doesn’t work right.
