Question: How to make expandable line on the top of website?

Hi there,

would appreciate if somebody could explain how can I make expandable line (depending on the resolution size it's been viewed), so the line is across the whole page?

For example here on the top: http://www.draugiem.lv/

Using nested-tables for layout aargh! Never mind ;).

Depending where exactly you want to place it, you could apply a top or bottom border to one of the 'td's or a 'table'. You may have to increase the width of a td or table or (at worst) have to add a couple more columns to it's left and right.
