How to create second and third HTML pages?

I have created my first page...how do i now create my second page? do I start a new html sheet and link it?

yes exactly. you could do it a infinite number of ways. most folks make a "header" or "footer" that have links to the other pages, especially where you are only dealing with a few pages. there are much more complex methods ( drop down lists, dynamic menus etc...)
