How can I place text in 1 div but have each text aligned differently?

I am new to all this..but i cant seem to add text in 1 div and then align the text differently...what i have tried is creating different divs for different text but then the text gets pushed down when i preview in browser.

I want to be able to include this text:

Arsenal V Chelsea
Premiere League Football

By the way, a typo: it is Premier League, not Premiere League
