Is it possible to put text under an advertisement?

I am trying to figure out if its possible to have text placed under an advertisement so that when someone clicked on the advertisement, the text would be revealed.

I could be charging for the information, but instead I want to do it for free, and just have then click an ad to get the information. Would this be possible?

If its YOUR advertisement you can. If your talking about google ads NO. I don't think so.

If yours use divs and move them around.
