Browse Button

I'm having some trouble styling the browse button. I know this is hard to do, I've looked at a lot of other threads on this. All I want to do though is increase the size. I am designing for a mobile site and the button appears extremely small on some mobile devices. I have tried to increase the text size, but when I do that the text appears weirdly cut off when I look at it in Chrome and Safari.

Can anyone explain why the text gets cut off like that? How can I get the button to appear larger on the mobile site?

I think mobile forums can help you fix this issue.

OK. Well, I will post it there too, but it's not just a mobile issue. The weird cut off text issue occurs when I view it on my computer. Any ideas?
