PHP/JSON Coder needed for Joomla plugin

Hello,

I am searching for an experienced and loyal php coder who can code an php API layer between my joomla 1.5 website components with JSON (or XML) output. The data flow has to be b-directional. Future updates/ extended functions are necessary.
Requirements:
- php & comments in english
- flexible (extendible) code
- full source code
- fixed price after discussion of needs
The initial purpose of the code is an android app for a small community website.
