What do you think of these colors?

Pretty simple colors, but tell me what you think.

Background color: #414957
Text and links (except for 'hover'): #C1C4CA
Headers: #616C80
Cell background: #545E70
Font color: #C1C4CA
Links (hover): #DABD85

that they are Grey!

I understand this to be somewhat "trendy" so i'd say it looks okay and be with the in crowd but really I want to say if an entire site consisted of those colours I may well not stay.

Looks a little too dark for my taste.
Dark colors are fine as long as the entire site doesn't consist of them.
Plus it looks familiar, like I see it alot or something.

I think that those colors are actually good! I can see how some people would prefer the colors to be lighter, but do whatever you want. Remember that the internet is your playground. While you should keep the general opinions of other's on how your stuff looks, it doesn't mean that you have to do what they say. So far, I have never heard anyone say "I am never going to www.<insertnamehere>.com again because I don't like the color scheme".

Bottom line...there is no point to my reply. I have just given both sides of the story. I am now going to take 2 asprin and lie down, for I have confused myself.
