Macromedia Flash forum?

Any chance of a Macromedia Flash forum getting started on this site? If not, what are the most popular ones around? Thx!

We have a Graphics and Multimedia forum which of course encompasses Flash technology.

I do not envision creating a forum specifically for flash.

can't say there are many flash threads there anyway. most are "how do i create this" or "wheree can i find this"

actually, i think not only have nearly all the mods agreed that there aren't enough flash threads to constitute it's own forum, but even George, (when Spook remembers to switch accounts, that is) has agreed that, as it stands now, we won't be getting a flash forum any time soon.

as far as the most popular flash forums are concerned, i couldn't tell you, because i know nothing about flash. but if you search the forums, you'll find plenty of links to various flash sites.

Most Flash geeks (I included) post straight on Macromedia's Forum since the developers log on occassionally:

ActionScript is very similiar to Javascript, though, and you can get some darn good answers on that here anyhow...

anyone else ever wonder about those special phones that superheroes (eg, Batman) had hooked up directly to the president or city hall or where ever? wouldn't that make the phone companies who supplied them aware of not only the location of the super hero's hide out, but also aware of said hero's secret identity (because the second line would show up on their phone bill) ?

How come batman never got a phone call in the middle of dinner from some solicitor? He wasn't on a no-solicitation list or anything....I get annoyed all the time, from both people calling and faxing me...
