Image Float Nightmare!

I thought someone was helping with this earlier but I think I lost them.

Why aren't these images lining up nicely with the text underneath them?

I'm out of ideas.

I'm on an older computer at my work and the images line up nicely with the text below them in the internet explorer that it has installed.
