Database setup help

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible):

I am looking for help setting up a database that will take in daily feeds (FTP) of dealerships vehicle inventory. I have a company that will FTP the feeds, and I need a database setup to accept and store them. I currently have a empty account with BlueHost for the setup.

This is the first step, after this is done, I will like to move forward with a programmer that can help build and setup web pages with the vehicle details including search functions.

Also, I am interested in making the vehicle inventory into a Wordpress plug-in if someone can help with this.

First thing is first, I would like to get the inventory files into my database. Who can help?
