datafeed/api to magento cart (very similar to existing zen cart script)

I would like a script designed that works like: home (dash) port (dot) net
It would have the exact same features and be used with the exact same datafeed just for magento. I would also like it to be installed and set up for me once created.
Automatically:
-Import datafeed and Images.
-update discontinued/out of stock itemes
-generate categories per datafeed.
-Export orders to supplier

Please list any experience, portfolio, or reference you have.
