need some help with something simple

hai, im new on this forum :)

Im making a website right now for my internship companie and I wanna make the website user-friendly.
I have readed that it was possible to link the text of a word.doc to a div so the owner only have to change the word.doc to put new content on the website.

I have tried some things but It didn't work like I wanted, can you guys help me out with this ? :)

Why not a simple TXT document? handling MS Word's documents could be an IE only affair.

right now im using a .txt file but it still doesn't work :s

could you give me the code? I know you have to link it to a div but everytime when I do that he opens it in a another page and doesn't show me the text in the div :S

yup, so the people only have to change the text in the txt file to change it on the website.
