Horizontal Full Page Sliding Script?

Hey, I'm after a free plugin/tutorial/script that'd allow me to do this achieve this http://codecanyon.net/item/fss-full-screen-sliding-website-plugin/159103

I basically just want a few pages that are swiped through via a navigation bar that'd sit at the top of the page. I'm sure it's fairly easy to do but the only method I've found so far is that link up there and I'm not prepared to pay out for something when I believe there's probably a free solution out there.

You are posting in the wrong forum. This is a js related plugin. CSS & HTML will not do it alone at all.
