Why will pop up a window ask me to key in User name, password and nomain name, when i open Internet Explorer.

Because your home page is set to a web page that's secured but uses Basic Authentification instead of one of the integrated authentification methods.

Read the rules about posting, the subject for your post violates the rules and this isn't the right forum for your question either but if you didn't know which forum was right you did all right by only posting it to one forum.
