Flash ad issue

At my website, I want to have a SWF ad banner, for each page load, its gonna be a random video playing in the banner, only whats written in it will be constant. Now my question is, is it better to have a swf file for each of those random banners that has already an embeded video in it, or have a single swf file that loads an external video file in it?

i would say its better to have one file. Main advantage being that your re-using code rather than re-writing the same code. I would probably use an XML file to bring in the videos to flash.
