Rotate graphic to follow cursor ASAP.

Hi,

I'm trying to recreate this:

but would rather it worked like this:

...but in javascript. Saw this as some code to work from:

..but you will probably know better. It's a tight job (by the end of the weekend) but let me know whether anyone's got any time and could give me a quotation. The graphic is slightly different, though:

Where it should only be the red dot and the jagged bit of the graphic that change. I have a fully layered image.
