Need Advice

I have a website student with special needs (http://www.studentneeds.info) but i want some-one to feel comment on it and what else should i put in my website, programs and application, the keyword target. I am targeting to be rank in google. Can you give me a code advice, what should i tell to my web designer.

I was taking a look through your source code and noticed that you have CSS within the page instead of having an external css, it would be better for SEO if you have an external css this will enable all the keywords you are pushing within your website to be closer to the top so they will be crawled alot quicker and easier. Overall the website looks good, nice use of colour not to over whelming and the pages have a good clean consistent layout.
