hightlighting a search text

I have a website with a text box and a search button. Say if a user goes an enters a word in the text box (in this case say "chemistry") and when the search results appear, is it possible to make the word "chemistry" look highlighted or bold faced in the entire page with a Javascript? Can some one help me with this?
