CSS question--Multilanguage settings

Hi

I want to create a website with in three languages: Japanese, English, and Chinese.

I found the following line in my CSS:
font-family: 'MS PGothic','ＭＳ Ｐゴシック','Osaka','sans-serif', 'arial', '宋体',

Can I use this CSS setting for all the three languages?
Or should I make a language specific CSS?
