CSS Vertical Destination Opening Menu

Help with this head batterer would be superb. :thumbsup:

I am making an Accordian Vertical CSS Menu where on a click the menu destination page loads and the menu is expanded. I have an example which I am working from but still not having any luck. Is anyone able to tell me why the menu text is not flush to the left - it seems to have a massive margin?
