Database / mysql / PHP / WordPress programmer needed

I am looking for help with a project, that has a few different elements. I run a small advertising company specializing in auto dealers, and want to expand with the ability to get the dealers inventory and display it on microsites, blogs, Facebook and eventually hope to expand in to full blown dealer websites.

I have a company that I am partnered with already, Homenet, they get the inventory from the dealers every night and will FTP a CSV file to us daily.

The first part of the programming I need, will be a database to hold the inventory data from the CSV file.

Then the big part, I need the inventory displayed with the information from the database. I am good with HTML, CSS and even PHP so I mostly just need a good solid base to build on.

I would like this built using PHP and WordPress.
