I need something like this that will have a rounded border that is gray and slightly opaque.

could i have some sample code please? thanks

Won’t work in IE, though. However, as this is a purely cosmetic issue I would just let IE degrade gracefully. Users of that browser wouldn’t even know that the borders are supposed to be rounded and transparent so they wouldn’t miss it anyway.
