I am supposed to create a page that has rounded corners and i have no images , I am doing it using css and The page gets displayed properly in Mozilla but not in IE can i get a hack for it?
I have used PIE (http://css3pie.com/) with some success. It's slightly iffy in IE6, IMHO, but fine in IE7+. Implementation is quite nice as well as it doesn't interfere with browsers that support rounded corners natively.

Here are CSS only rounded corners (http://nopeople.com/CSS%20tips/rounded%20corners%20-%20CSS%20only/index.html).
A .js method (http://dillerdesign.com/experiment/DD_roundies/).
The .htc method (http://www.htmlremix.com/css/curved-corner-border-radius-cross-browser).
