Jquery select box, remove selected item

I am looking for a tutorial on something seen here (http://ebby.com/find_a_home/advanced_search/).

If you scroll down a little bit you will see a select box named "Cities". Once you select a city and it moves to the box to the right, it is then removed from the left. they are using a prototype version, but i like Jquery more. Didnt know if anyone had a suggested site with a tutorial on this.
