script to check for new posts on forum topics

Will be run multiples times per day to detect whether new posts have been added to a topic in between each run. It should take a list topic URLs and output that same list with yes/no to a file. if the script is unable to tell whether there is a new post or fails it should outout "url err". It should have the ability to navigate all pages of posts on the topic. It should support at least phpbb,vbulletin, smf, ip.board forums, and have the ability to easily add other forum engine
