Where to find fonts?

Hey again!

I was wondering if anyone of you guys know a good place to find nice, modern fonts (free?)? I'm talking about simple fonts (Sans-Serif) that could go well in printed text. I've been looking for fonts everywhere, but can't seem to find any that I like.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! =)

I think themeworld.com provide a few. Mind you they had quite a few ads when I last visited around a year ago.

I also find it fun to go around to different "designer" sites. A lot of the time they will have very enjoyable fonts. A good place to start would be http://www.spoono.com . I also rather enjoy http://www.misprintedtype.com (some content here is a little "vulgar" depending on how you interpret it).

Try hitting the links section at spoono and then hitting each succesive sites links section. You will hopefully find a lot of interesting fonts and maybe a little inspiration too

Make a request on alt.binaries.fonts if you have a program which can access your ISP's news server.
