Web Site Exit Popup

Does any one have ideas on how to create an exit popup for the url exit only. I can't use onUnload because there is more then 1 page. Any Ideas. I though of a pop under??

Put the whole site into a frame, links outside the site should break the frame. Then you can use the onunload event for the frame. Of course your users can't bookmark anything but your home page but that's the price you have to pay for using frames.
