I wanna ask, how to know If the visitor to my website using a mobile phone or PC? using php function

All that value will do is provide you with a non-friendly string containing a shed load of information about the browser and physical machine OS, Google PHP user agent identity classes. These classes will get the full string and then break the string apart into easy to understand components which will tell you the browser type, version, OS, etc.
