My website www.college-ebook.com looks different when I maximize the window on my tv screen. I attached two images so you could see the difference.
How do I fix this??
The difference is caused by the absolute positioning of your paypal image. This will remain where it is regardless of the screen size, which means it's in the wrong place at some screen resolutions.
You might well be better reworking your layout to use a simple two column layout - there's a good example here (http://bonrouge.com/2c-hf-fluid.php). This might seem a lot of work (it isn't..) but will give you a much more flexible layout which will be simpler to amend moving forward.

Look at your page and imagine it in sections. The images on the left side could be a section, or column, then the text on the right side could be another column. If you look at pretty much all websites and all print in general, they have always used this type of sectioning.
Check out this article (http://desktoppub.about.com/cs/pagelayout/qt/rule_of_thirds.htm)for more useful info.

Looks like it to me. To test for yourself, give each div a background-color in your styles. Also add some text as well to the left and main divs to see them stretch down.
