View Full Version : How to make ul open without hover?

I'm working on http://www.etc-1.com/

On the sidebar, there are three unordered items that are squished together. I believe I understand why (there's no margins on them) but I've looked through every css file and even disabled javascript (thinking something was adding a .hover class), but I cannot for the life of me figure out why the unordered list items are being closed by default.

Hopefully more expertise will help me out.

Thank you!

In side_menu.css on line 213 we have:

.menu-quick-links-container ul.menu li > ul, .menu-quick-links-container ul li > ul {
margin: -1500px !important;
visibility: visible !important;
}

and on line 219 there is:

.menu-quick-links-container ul.menu li:hover > ul, .menu-quick-links-container ul li:hover > ul {
margin: 0 !important;
visibility: visible !important;
}

Does that explain things?
