Create an HTML page that will serve as your homepage with the following requirements:
o Your site should include a table-less, CSS-based design/layout with a header which spans across the top, a left column of approximately 150 pixels which will contain the website menu, and then a right column which fills up the remainder of the page and contains its primary content.
o Include a custom background-color, custom hyper link colors and custom font colors that are consistent with one another. Use a color scheme generator to help with this.
o In the left column, you should have a menu which has hyperlinks to the homepage, the “Income Calculator” page, the “Mortgage Calculator” page and the “Listing Gallery
o Include a H1 tag in your header that is formatted with CSS with the name of company you are creating a website for.
o Create three paragraphs of text formatted by a custom CSS class with a paragraph about your real estate agent (feel free to steal text from wherever). Each paragraph should have a heading/title at the beginning with a <span> that includes custom CSS formatting.
o Include a picture of the agent you are creating a website for, and have it float-right of your paragraph of text.
o Somewhere in your page, create a “mailto” hyperlink to the realtor’s email address
