Browser compatibility

click on radio button from 1 to 7 IE produces div (as many as clicked) but in forefox it got some how hang .please post back me if i need explain any thing else in my problem

PS: Don't you know why using tables for making layout is bad (http://www.alistapart.com/articles/prettyaccessibleforms)?
