Accessible form

Does anyone know a resource for an accessible form with spam proctection, preferably free. I am not keen on javascript validations. I would like to make the form myself but need a way to add some spam protection.

Add Captcha to your forms, this will, obviously, disable bots from spamming you (for the most part).

I wonder if the captcha thing is very accessible though? I was thinking more of a question that screen readers can read. But I do not know any resource neither find one.

Getting the captcha integrated into the form is something else. I posted in php. Found it was quite accessible though.
