There are far too many words in there which I have never heard of before. It may aid your case if you simplify your copy a bit. I assume I would appreciate it more if I knew where Uttarakhand was.

Your header text is so thinly-stroked it's near-unreadable. I question the appropriateness of the typeface given your design.
