Can someone tell me what I may need to do to creat a navagation bar on the side of the screen with pop-up links to other pages?

There are actually many ways to accomplish this using tables, CSS, images, text, javascript, etc.... to make the navigation to the left. Then there are ways to create new windows and pop-up windows.
Do you have a sample of what you would like to make? An idea of what it would like to look like? We would need more elaboration on the subject to narrow down a good plan for you...

Yes I Do
If you would go to www.chaloracrafts.com and look at the navagation on the left I am wanting to change the Doll clothe pages to where I can click or mouseover the first one and the other links will pop out

Hmm, are you speaking of tree menus? If so a few members here have developed their own, and there are many on the internet. Just search for tree menu and you should come up with a lot of stuff. Here is the one that I know off the top of my head (though I am not quite sure of it's completion status):

Are you using DreamWeaver? If not, you need to do it using javascript and I would recommend posting this there and asking them what would be the best code to use for a 'popup menu'. http://www.dynamicdrive.com has many as well...
Dreamweaver will do it for you... and the code that I know may be outdated that is not used through dreamweaver. So, if you're not using DW, then I wouldn't be the one to help.
Otherwise, hopefully a Moderator will come along and shift this for you.
