My website looks rubbish in Internet Explorer

Hi,

My website looks absolutely rubbish in Internet Explore and I dont know why. Can anybody tell me what is wrong with the coding? I am new to coding and I do use templates. The website address is http://www.blackbarbers.co.uk. It is the right hand sidebar that appears dodgy. I am using .shtml extensions to include sidebar.html.

The first thing to do would be to validate your code.
Check out the links about validation in my signature line.

I think <d iv id="sidebar"> could cause a problem or two...
