Targeting window with IFrame

Simple question:

Names:

Main Page = 'Selection'
IFrame='Dropdown'

I have an IFrame within a Main page. Now within the IFrame is a form. When I submit the form I want new paged loaded into what was the main page. The problem is when I use _parent or something similar it tries to reload the page into the IFrame box or opens a whole new window. I don't want a whole new window opened. I'm just not sure where to give my Main page a target name.

I tried things again and "_parent" seems to have done the trick.. I think my computer is acting up again... :)
