No he didn't.

That is one PHP script that displays different forms based on the code you see in the URL.

There is a PHP script called: freeandeasy_enquiry.php
Within that PHP script, it looks at the URL code (i=13) and displays the correct content.

You need to find out how (or what) that content is. Perhaps it's a database, or perhaps
the programmer hand-coded the information?

Show us that script called: freeandeasy_enquiry.php
And describe what it is that you're trying to edit or change.

oh boy ...

There is way more to this than just making pages to get around the scripting.
The whole website is built around PHP scripting.

Unless you can have FTP access to view/edit/upload/download the files (scripts),
you are pretty much screwed. I hate to disappoint you though.

You'll either have to get FTP account access, or start over with a new website.
I would tell the person that appointed you to redesign the site to "do it themselves!"

They may or may not have a database ... and the term "database" could be
referring to MySQL, or a simple plain text file (that's a programmer's choice).

So now, I'm thinking that your "client" saw that website, and liked it ... so he/she
asked you to design one just like it? In reality, you don't have access to the
files in the "fivestarsonline" website?

I would start by using Joomla or WordPress to build the complete site ... finding a free
template and customizing it. Joomla or WP would become the CMS system for your
client to add content, and use modules for "user registration", "online payment", etc.

Unless you have some PHP/MySQL experience, this will be a tough road ahead.

You cannot duplicate that site by using Dreamweaver. It has to be dynamic ... either
with PHP, or ASP ... depending on the server they choose to use.

Create a webhost account with someone, and install Joomla ... that's a start.

Everything about Joomla is found using Google.
Many tutorials, many forums, many blogs, etc.

I don't have anything else to say or add.
