1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible):
My website is a gaming topsite, with a social network linked to it. I want it to be changed to a gaming style design rather than the one I have right now. You may change the CSS, BUT my HTML should still work as I don't feel like redoing it.
The color scheme should be similar to http://i56.tinypic.com/14jb6lw.jpg.
2) Payment Amount: My budget is really low at the moment, so just bid for it.
3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): Paypal only.
4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders): The 'Advertising' and 'Category' portions shouldn't change positions. I prefer them on the sides. The style of them may be changed though. The contact button should be called 'Community' instead. You'll recieve a link to the site if you PM me and/or post here.
