Is there any way to find if someone has click a link or opened it in a new tab to enable a button??

You can attach Javascript to a link to either submit the page (and therefore you'd know if the link was clicked) or send an Ajax request to log the click.

Here's an example of what I want
I have a website that I want people to vote for before they go to the main website. Is there a way to make a code to check if the link was click or right clicked open in new tab. Then a button like a linked button to the main site. The button will become enabled when they click the link

Yes, as I mentioned, you can attach actions to onclick events via Javascript.
